Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• BSN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Experience: Must have 2 years experience as a Tele nurse. Must have cardiac drip experience (see below), NIH
stoke assessment experience, post cath recovery and chest tube experience.
RNs required to read and interpret: Will read and document every 6 hours. Currently using SpaceLab monitors, transitioning to
Philips.
We do not do block scheduling.
Weekend Requirements: Yes – travelers will fill in the needs.
Holiday Requirements: Yes – travelers fill in needs.
Is there Call or a Standby requirement: No.
Floating Requirements: Will float to like units and Med/Surg at times. May also float to Boise Medical Center and Nampa Medical
Center to like units and MedSurg if needed. May also float to ICU if experienced.

1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
