Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Holidays Rotate in w/ perm staff
Floating: Could float to NICU if experienced
Unit LDRP and Level 2 NICU:
- L&D Beds 10 LDRP beds, 1 c section suite on unit, occasionally use OR
- Triage beds 4 triage beds
- Postpartum beds see above 10 LDRP beds
- Ratios Follow ACOG guidelines
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients 32 wks. or greater if no other maternal risk factors; mothers with underlying health conditions such as CHF usually transferred out; some antepartum care such as mag patients if stable or hyperemesis as long as fairly stable.
C-section experience required. Just need to be able to circulate.
Certs: EFM intermediate or above for LDRP
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
