Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene are premier residential and day treatment programs serving adults in recovery from eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our approach blends evidence-based care with compassion, connection, and the restoration of physical, emotional, and nutritional balance.

We are seeking a full-time Group Facilitator to support our multidisciplinary treatment teams at either our Springfield or Eugene location. This is a unique opportunity to play an integral role in the healing process, helping clients build skills, insight, and community in a safe and supportive space.

We are seeking a Group Facilitator to join our Monte Nido team. This role is three days a week, Wednesday is required.

Responsibilities Include::
  • Facilitate group sessions.
  • Facilitate interaction between group members.
  • Maintain awareness of individual client's needs.
  • Facilitate identification and congruent expression of feelings.
  • Document group sessions including patients’ progress or lack thereof, problems, concerns and mental status.
  • Follow the format and requirements within the program.
  • Ensure that all documentation related to the provision of direct patient services is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policies and procedures and state standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with staff, interns, management and other professional colleagues.
  • Attend mandatory training and in-service collaborations.
Qualifications::
  • Must be actively working on bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or related human services field

  • QMHP certification required
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) preferred

  • Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.

  • Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
