Department Summary:The Infusion and Day Treatment Program is a specialized outpatient care initiative serving patients from infancy through adulthood. It offers an alternative to inpatient hospitalization for individuals requiring infusion therapies and innovative medical day treatments. The program emphasizes a safe, secure, and family-centered environment, fostering strong, ongoing relationships between patients, families, and a dedicated healthcare team. Therapeutic services offered include, but are not limited to, infusion treatments, food allergy testing, and diagnostic testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Administer infusion treatments and provide clinical support in an outpatient setting
- Work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with a mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts, including rotating days/evenings and every third weekend
Minimum Qualifications
Education:- A Bachelor's degree in nursing.
Experience:- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience; pediatric experience preferred
- Infusion experience and IV skills preferred.
Licensure/ Certifications:- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
