Job Description:
Lead the delivery of the Quantum Procurement template at facilities and refineries, on time, on budget with high quality on the agreed scope of work. Enable a solution that delivers customer satisfaction that enhances end-users experience, helping the people in our facilities and refineries by reducing complexity and effort, and enabling them to realize value in risk management, and cost efficiency.
What you will deliver
- Execution of site deployments according to the project execution plan
- Manage project risk on a site level
- Work with enablers & business on delivery against the agreed execution plan
- Manage planning, change management, data cycles reporting and readiness for the site
- Assist in creation of cost/schedule forecasting and cost/schedule performance management for the delivery of the ERP programme to the facility
- Responsible for the delivery of the Quantum Procurement template as designed.
Essential Education & Experience
- Track record in delivery of proejects or project related activities
- End-to-end Procurement process experience
- Experience with ERP software that supports Procurement processes
- Experience in project risk management
- Experience in project work breakdown structure/schedule development
- Understanding of P&O end to end business processes
- Able to travel as needed
