In collaboration with our Director of Wellness, the Manager of Assisted Living directly manages the Assisted Living care & service team and serves as a member of the community’s leadership team.
Key responsibilities of the position include, but may not be limited to:
- Hiring/training associates; planning and assigning their work; and appraising/rewarding their performance
- Assisting with marketing The Terraces' accommodations and services to prospective residents
- Developing and implementing activities and support programs
- Ensuring adequate staff levels and work schedules
- Participating in initial and ongoing resident assessments to help identify needs and changes in condition
- Assisting in the development of the Resident Services Plan
- Participating in regular resident and family meetings
- Performing other essential duties as required
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience including supervisory experience working in health care, senior living, or strong service environment; or any equivalent combination of education and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state Of Idaho
- Current CPR License
Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 (DOE)
