As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical cold storage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair cold storage equipment including ultra-low temperature freezers, refrigerators, and environmental chambers.
- Install, calibrate, and replace temperature data loggers and monitoring instruments.
- Document all maintenance activities and calibration data in the CMMS through detailed work orders.
- Provide rapid response to critical temperature excursions and equipment failures.
- Develop and update technical documentation, calibration procedures, and preventive maintenance SOPs.
What's Needed
- 2-year Technical Associate's degree or certificate in process control instrumentation, electrical or a mechanical trade.
- 5+ years as a field service technician in a GMP environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of GMP documentation requirements and compliance standards.
- Experience with cold chain equipment validation and temperature mapping.
- Excellent troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities.
