Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• ADN completion required
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience within the most recent 12 months is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Required:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred
Successful completion of EKG course
Patient Ratio:
1/2 for all ICU status patients
If Med Surg status patients are in the unit, the ICU nurse often takes 1/4 if there are no current ICU status patients.
Patient Population: The patient population varies - but DKA, Cardiac, Sepsis, Surgical, and high risk of decline patients are often admitted to the ICU

The job requires potential exposure to infectious waste and an assortment of chemicals and pharmaceuticals as well as foul odors
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
