CLIENT:STAR Physical Therapy
SETTING:OP ortho (98%) with the occasional stroke patient (2%)
START DATE:ASAP
GUARANTEE:40 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 + weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:OP experience preferred - this system has taken new grads in the past
STAFF:1 PT, 2 PTAs
EMR:Raintree
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:10.5 – 11.5 patients average / 8 hour day
Patients scheduled on the hour so 2 – 3 hour slots may be double booked
^ 1 on 1 care for all other patients
SCHEDULE:5 8’s
ADDITIONAL INFO:Ross Moldonado is ready to interview/offer quickly
LOCATION HIGHLIGHTS:1.5 hours E. of Memphis
2.5 hours SW of Nashville
