Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team. This full-time position is focused on managing the Service Desk team, ensuring timely and accurate customer service, and driving team productivity. The role is based onsite, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and support a technical service team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the Service Desk team and evaluate their performance

  • Ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis

  • Recruit, train, and support Service Desk analysts

  • Execute specific customer service standards

  • Implement best practices throughout the technical support process

  • Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for the Service Desk team

  • Provide customer feedback to other support teams and stakeholders

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • ITIL Experience and/or v3 ITIL Certification

  • Experience with Service Now or other ITSM tools

  • Proven work experience as a Service Desk manager

  • Hands-on experience with Service Desk and remote control software

  • Solid technical background with the ability to instruct non-technical audiences

  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Team management skills

  • Direct customer-facing experience

  • Willingness to work extra hours as needed, including late nights and weekends

  • Desktop and laptop hardware support experience

  • Technical writing skills

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems

  • Familiarity with virtualization technology (VMWare, Citrix, Array)

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

The pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per annum (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
