Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holidays Requirement: Rotate with core staff.
Call Requirement: No call for travelers
Floating Requirement: 1st to float. Float to MB, or level 1 nursery if traveler has experience.
Shifts: 645-715. Extra shifts are available.
Must be able to circulate C-sections.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Standard labor, High risk. Triage of OB patients 20 weeks or greater are triaged in OB.
Anyone less than 20 weeks OB RN comes to ER to evaluate patient.
Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.
Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
