SETTING:100% OP Ortho
* provider has the ability to see vestibular and Pelvic floor of preferred, but not required for this role
START DATE:9/8 ideal - flexible if needs to be later
GUARANTEE:38 hours
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:OP experience ideal, will consider confident new grads
STAFF:1 full time PT, 2 part time PTs, and 1.5 PTAs
EMR:(either Web PT or Prompt typically, I forgot to ask)
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:15 patients / 10 hour day
1 on 1 care
40 minute treatments

BILL RATE:$70 - 80
* works with 2 other agencies, current TOA is a new grad at $70 but he recognizes it'll be rare to get that low
