SUMMARY

The Analyst will provide necessary reporting and analytics on financial results and operational metrics. This role will use financial acumen to support decision making to drive results in a rapidly evolving environment. The position will also be heavily involved in the annual budgeting process & other forecast requests and aid in automating reporting, analytics, and other processes. Candidates should reside in the Denver, CO area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Operations Finance Team with reporting/analytics e.g., Treatment Volume & Expense Variance Analysis, Denovo performance, Labor Analysis (Productivity, Cost per Treatment, etc.), JV performance, and other key KPIs.
  • Support Ops & other cross-functional leaders with ad hoc analysis/requests to help better understand business performance, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with Ops Finance team; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, decision sciences, or another analytical discipline strongly preferred.
  • Entry level position, however, experience in healthcare or other fast paced environments is a plus.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles & financial statements.
  • Tableau, Planful or other Business Intelligence & Data Visualization software experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required.
