Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required from the last 3 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates cannot live in the following states: Arizona.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Banner cannot accommodate or guarantee travel pairs or trios.
Cannot apply with stipulations limiting scheduling: weekends only, block scheduling, etc.
Only 1 Holiday RTO will be accepted. This includes: Thanksgiving (11/28 - 11/29), Christmas (12/24-12/25), and New Years (12/31-1/1).

With rotating weekend and holidays. They will need to be able to do triage, antepartum, labor and delivery and post-partum/couplet care.
All candidates must be willing to float to other units and some facilities require floating to sister sites (please see the Banner Program document for details).
Candidates are not allowed RTO in the first week of their assignment and no more than 7 days of RTO (more than 5 days in one week will require a 14-week assignment).
Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: They will need to be able to do triage, antepartum, labor and delivery and post-partum/couplet care.
*Required Credentials: Nursys required.
Completion bonus may be available.
Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends and holidays
Completion Bonuses:
• $7500.0 available for 13 week contracts starting before or on 2025-09-22. This amount is subject to applicable fees and withholdings.
7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
