Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Massachusetts license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

Additional Details:
Seasonal Flu Vaccine is required if working during flu season (September 15-April 30th).
Must be fully vaccinated (exemptions are reviewed on a very limited basis).

Must be able to read tele strips
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with Med Surg Floating required.
Care for a wide range of adult patients with diagnosis such as Substance Abuse/Overdose, severe Psychiatric conditions, DKA, Sepsis, GI bleed, Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, Renal Failure, and Cardiogenic Shock. Attendings and Residents are present in the ICU 24 hours/day.
2+ years of continuous work experience in one location, preferably a MICU.
Floating Required: Yes, (mostly Medical/Surgical Units, could be up to 4 or 5 patients). Telemetry competency required.
Rotating Shifts Required
RN to Patient Ratio: 1:2 or 1:1 with high acuity; 1:4 or 1:5 when Floated to other Med/Surg areas.
Patient Population: All.
BLS, ACLS - AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
