TheDealerSalesRepresentative(DSR)Iisanoutsidesalesroletaskedtodevelop,maintain,andgrowrelationshipswith customers. As
the DSR you will own the dealer relationship and buyer relationship with key customers in the San Antonio and surrounding Distribution
area. The DSR is part of an integrated local sales team focused on delivering value to customers and achieving sales and margin growth
expectations. Ensures superior value is delivered to customers in support of primary demand efforts. Responsible for promoting and
selling Distribution's full range of products, including engineered wood, commodities, and specialty building products.

Accountabilities:
·Establishes,cultivates,andprotectsthedealerrelationshipandbuyerrelationshipwithassignedcustomers.
·Coordinatescustomerstrategiesinsupportofdeliveringsuperiorvaluetocustomersandgrowingwallet-shareand profitability.
·Usesmarketknowledge,relationships,andgrowingexperiencetoseekoutopportunitieswithnewandexisting customers for Distribution's full range of products.
·Gathersmarketintelligenceandtranslatesitintovaluableinputtodrivedecisionsaroundproductmix,pricing,inventory levels and demand outlook. Uses that input to help drive decision-making.
·Developsandexecutesmarketingandcommunicationplanswithcustomers,includingpromotions,specialsmarketpull through activities, and updates to products/pricing/service.

Compensation:Thisroleiseligibleforourannualmerit-increaseprogram,andwearetargetingasalaryrangeof$68,000-$102,000basedonyourlevelofskills,qualificationsandexperience.YouwillalsobeeligibleforourSalesIncentive Program, which offers a quarterly cash bonus.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary.
Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeksofpaidvacationtouseduringyourfirstyearofemployment.Inaddition,afterbeingemployedforsixmonths,eligibleemployeesbegintoaccruevacationforfutureuse.Wealsorecognizeelevenpaidholidaysperyear,providinga total of 88 holiday hours.
