$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS
Summary: Prepares and cooks foods for the hospital patients, staff, and visitors as directed by management. Responsible for overall sanitation of the department.
Responsibilities:Reviews production sheets to determine types and quantity of product to be used.Ensures food quality by following proper food preparation, handling and sanitation techniques.Cleans and sanitizes preparation area and equipment.Provides assistance to tray line. Setting up work stations, preparing ingredients, and potentially assisting with menu planning and inventory management. Food preparation: tasks like measuring, mixing, chopping, and preparing ingredients for various dishes, as well as cooking food using various methods (baking, grilling, frying, etc)
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience (preferred)
