Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs
Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress
Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians
Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills
Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices
Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines
Compensation and Schedule
Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
