What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) :
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and track progress.
Develop, implement, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans rooted in ABA best practices.
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing regular training and performance feedback.
Collaborate with families, educators, and care teams to align on treatment goals and support strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.
Adjust treatment plans based on data trends, clinical insight, and client goals.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic experience for every family served.
What We’re Looking For:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification in good standing.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience working with children or young adults on the autism spectrum.
Proven ability to lead teams, supervise direct care staff, and deliver effective clinical oversight.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of organization, integrity, and commitment to quality care.
Willingness to travel locally (25% preferred).
