What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) :

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and track progress.

  • Develop, implement, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans rooted in ABA best practices.

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing regular training and performance feedback.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and care teams to align on treatment goals and support strategies.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant recordkeeping.

  • Adjust treatment plans based on data trends, clinical insight, and client goals.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive therapeutic experience for every family served.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification in good standing.

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children or young adults on the autism spectrum.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, supervise direct care staff, and deliver effective clinical oversight.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of organization, integrity, and commitment to quality care.

  • Willingness to travel locally (25% preferred).
