Assess and identify learning needstailored to diverse patient populations and the unique roles within Care and Utilization Management departments.
Leverage data and audit toolsto uncover trends and pinpoint educational gaps, ensuring targeted and impactful learning solutions.
Serve as a change agent, guiding staff through the rationale and benefits of new initiatives to foster engagement and successful adoption.
Design, develop, and deliver customized educational programs, accommodating various learning styles to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with directors, supervisors, care management teams, and community partnersto support performance improvement and education initiatives.
Wear multiple hats as clinician, facilitator, consultant, and researcher, enriching your role with versatility and depth.
Evaluate workflows and patient safety processes, recommending innovative strategies to elevate care quality and operational efficiency.
Align department priorities with patient and staff needs, as well as organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive and forward-thinking approach.

Documented experience in leading/coordinating learning experiences and public speaking/platform skills. Demonstrates practical knowledge of adult education relevant educational content and appropriate methods of delivery and the ability to develop and facilitate relevant and effective education for adult learners
as well as Care Management and Utilization Management principles.
