What Youll Do:
As the Clinical Team Lead, youll play a vital role in providing, overseeing, and coordinating high-quality, evidence-based nursing care. Youll ensure safe, timely, and effective care through all phasesassessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluationin accordance with clinical nursing standards, the Florida Nurse Practice Act, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver and document patient care in a complex, highly procedural environment
Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills while serving as a clinician, educator, researcher, and team leader
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
