  • Lead the development of assigned components or systems, ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report HV connector performance requirements from customers to supply base to ensure the robust design, development, and validation of HV connector systems.
  • Preparesupplier consultation packages(Sourcing Packages).
  • Analyze supplier feedback and draftTechnical Supplier Assessment (TSA).
  • Manage deliverables related toeach project milestones.
  • Oversee component development to meet QCDP targets.
  • Co-develop with suppliers, including quality tracking (e.g., APQP).
  • Ensuretechnical feasibility,manufacturability, anddesign robustness.
  • ConductDFMEAand supportPFMEAexecution.
  • Manageprototype deliveriesat each project milestone.
  • Lead supplier interactions (technical reviews, purchasing meetings).
  • Ensure properintegration of components into their environment (engine/vehicle/platform).
  • Managetechnical changes and related documentation.
  • Supportassembly plants from pilot phase to launch.
  • Driveproduct and process validation plans (DV, PV).
  • Managetechnical configurationand deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute tocost reductionandquality improvementinitiatives.
  • Actively participate incrisis management.
  • Contribute to the drafting oftechnical policies.

Scope of Responsibility:

  • Full responsibility for a family of complex components.
  • Draft specifications, ensure supplier compliance, manage design interfaces.
  • Lead design, validation, industrialization, and launch phases.
  • Functionally manage internal or external Engineering Designers.
