MANTECH seeks a motivated and mission-focused Information Warfare Analyst to join our team onsite in Norfolk, VA.
In this role, you will support the commander’s mission to inform and influence audiences through the integration and coordination of Information Related Capabilities (IRCs). You will play a key role in aligning intelligence, cyber, and information warfare operations with strategic objectives and operational outcomes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will support information warfare coordination and analysis by performing tasks such as:
Supporting the commander’s efforts to inform and influence audiences by coordinating IRCs, including intelligence operations, cyber operations, and information warfare
Planning, monitoring, and assessing Intelligence and Information Support Plans to ensure alignment with mission goals and adjusting based on operational feedback
Coordinating intelligence support for Information Operations and ensuring operational relevance
Liaising with key commands to ensure intelligence and operational plans are synchronized
Assessing IRC executions and support plans to ensure they meet mission objectives
Maintaining situational awareness of emergent concepts within the Information Environment (IE)
Supporting the testing and evaluation of new concepts, capabilities, and formations
Providing expertise and coordination on experimentation requirements as directed
Applying knowledge and experience in Information Operations, the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP), and Intelligence Support and Training
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR High School Diploma with at least 7.5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Seven (7) or more years of relevant experience in a U.S. Government environment, preferably within the Department of Defense
Five (5) or more years of experience working with the Information Environment (IE) and its impact on military operations
Five (5) or more years of experience in Intelligence Operations, IRCs, and Information Warfare
Five (5) or more years of experience supporting Intelligence training and/or operations
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across various levels of command
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Constantly operates a computer and other standard office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copier, and printer
Occasionally moves about the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
