The Opportunity
P&G is seeking a Senior Director for our Information Security team, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). This leader will manage federated authentication and the identity governance lifecycle, including mover/joiner/leaver services, recertification, and auditing. Key responsibilities include enhancing our recertification strategy, designing and governing roles with identity best practices, reducing friction with password-alternative authentication, and overseeing engineering teams supporting these platforms. This leader will collaborate with management, business partners, and subject matter experts to elicit and understand business needs and value, translating into a vision, roadmap, and action plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the continuous improvement of IAM processes, technologies, and best practices to enhance the company’s overall security posture.
- Define strategies within area of IAM; help frame strategies at a higher organization level and drive their cascade and execution within their organization.
- Proactively lead the development and selection of innovative ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products to safeguard P&G's identities.
- Influence architectural principles, policies, standards, and best practices from the point-of-view of identity governance and authentication.
- Leading a team of ~130 staff members and the overall Authentication and Identity Governance organization within Information Security, including 3rd party staffing.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation identity safety and integration of IAM solutions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and drive the community of practice and upskilling programs to continuous learning and innovation in the Identity and Access Management domain.
