Responsibilities:

- Promotes the effective use of HIT supported systems at Norman Regional Health System (NRHS).
- Assists with analyzing, testing and implementation of clinical system changes.
- Assures duties assigned are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide input into the information systems budget any activities and recommends information system project improved operations of the organization.
- Participates in 24/7 support and maintenance of clinical information systems.
Qualifications:
Education
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline, Education or Information Technology preferred.
- May substitute sufficient on the job experience for some of the education.
Experience
- Five years clinical experience.
- Two years of clinical application support and demonstrated training experience preferred.
- Experience working with physicians and other clinical practitioners preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Licensure/Certification/Registration as appropriate to healthcare provider field preferred.
- Must have a valid driving license, and reliable personal transportation.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Possess strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.
- Possess the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, fellow trainers and leadership.
- Demonstrate the ability to think critically, identify and resolve problems, and communicate effectively with a wide variety of end users, with varying levels of skill. Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Compensation
- $26.77-$43.71/hr based on previous work experience
