About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, provides remote Blood Pressure monitoring for all patients enrolled in Blip Care Program. Communicates signficantblood pressure changes and patient concerns to physician. Communicates with each patient at least once every month and more when blood pressure is in the alert range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide blood pressure monitoring for patients enrolled in program.
- Engage regularly with assigned patients to encourage consistency with the treatment plan.
- Monitor and analyze patient data.
- Communicate readings in alert range to physician.
Requirements:
- Education: LPN degree
- Licensure:Registered LPN License in State of Maryland
- Experience:1-3 years of experience
Remote position at the rate of $25/hour. Candidates must reside in MD, DC, PA, VA or WVA.
