Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic link between business teams and IT, ensuring systems support key functions like procurement, production, inventory, and sales.
- Gather and translate business needsinto system enhancements, process improvements, and actionable reporting.
- Lead issue resolution efforts, collaborating with users, vendors, and developers to troubleshoot and optimize systems.
- Analyze workflows and recommend improvementsto streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Design and deliver scalable solutionsto address complex business challenges.
- Evaluate emerging technologiesto identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency gains.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysesto support data-driven decisions on system upgrades and investments.
- Develop and test optimized workflows, ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Document processes and solutionsto support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Act with urgency and ownershipto remove roadblocks and improve user experience.
- Support project deliveryby managing tasks and timelines in coordination with the PMO.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Related field.
- 4+ years of experience working in /with manufacturing principles and associated business processes.
- Experience configuring and working with integrated manufacturing systems.
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service focused with the ability to positively interact directly with end users
- Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
- High level of emotional intelligence; Demonstrated ability to prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills; Team first mentality; Business and goal oriented
