Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, supervise, and mentor BCBAs and RBTs across client caseloads.

  • Oversee development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.

  • Conduct clinical audits and ensure quality and compliance across teams.

  • Collaborate with families, school staff, and other professionals to drive client success.

  • Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and update treatment goals as needed.

  • Uphold ethical standards and ensure all clinical practices meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • CurrentBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification required.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.

  • LBA in Maryland

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experiencein the field, including supervising RBTs and/or BCBAs.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to clinical excellence and a genuine passion for helping children and families thrive.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Pay Range:$140 – $160/hour (based on experience and role)

  • Schedule:Full-time or part-time available

  • Location:Baltimore, Maryland and surrounding areas – In-person, hybrid, or remote options may be discussed
