Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is preferred with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

Additional Details:
May request one holiday off per assignment and are expected to work every other holiday.
• Shift: Night: weeknight shifts have most need w/minimal weekends
• Weekend Hours: As needed
• Call Requirements: 2 on call shifts per 6 weeks
• Years of Experience: 2+ years preferred / min 1 year in a large, busy hospital
• Float Requirements: Will float to Med Surg or ED as needed to assist (no case load) when available. Travelers on this unit DO NOT float to other facilities.
• Patient Ratios: 1-3:1 depending on circumstances (induction, pitocin, etc); 2 RNs + 1 Tech
Weekends: On Request
Holidays: Rotating
Must Have Skills/Experience: LDRP exp required - must be comfortable with newborn care
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: lactation, social work all helpful
• Type of Patients on Unit: Level 1 Critical access unit; LDRP - all phases
• Personality Fit: Organized, self-starter, meticulous, focused, attentive, flexible, good communication
• Scrub Color: Black
5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
