Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities: Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
Orientation is weekly, on Mondays
Weekend Hours: Every other weekend 7a-7p
Required Certifications: Handle with Care
Float Requirements: MedSurg, Behavioral Health
Additional Notes: Schedule is 3, 12 hr shifts per week alternating every other weekend FRI,SAT,SUN.
Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult and Geriatric
Must Have Skills/Experience: Fast paced, critical thinking, team work
Preferred Skillset/Experience: 2 years critical care
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Respiratory failure, Sepsis, DKA, GI bleed, Afib RVR, CHF, Chronic Renal Failure.
Required Education: AHA EKG/rythmns course
Scrub Color: any solid colors
Any unacceptable attire: crocs, hey dudes, t-shirts with logos, scrubs with cartoon characters.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
Proof of identification required for submission
