Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Labor & Delivery Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Weekend Requirement: Where the needs are we put our traveler
Holiday Requirement: We try to not schedule travelers but there may be an occasional time we need to do that
Floating Requirement: float to the Meridian, Nampa hospitals and have to sit with pts on other floors. The travelers also float to my Antepartum which is a 13 bed high-risk Antepartum unit - first to float
L&D/PP/MB (LDRP):
- L&D Beds 16 and 13 Antepartum beds
- OR Suites on the unit for C-Sections 3
- Triage beds 8
- Postpartum beds 32 beds on Mother Baby Care Unit on another floor. We are on the 2nd floor
- Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios Yes
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Preeclampsia, Previa, Twins, Diabetics
Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: LDR, circulate the OR
Are RNs required to titrate drips Pitocin, and Insulin
Scrub Color/Dress code: We supply scrubs
7 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway. Blood Pressure, Lab work and Emotional Support)
• Intermediate AWHONN FHM (Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
