Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Monday-Friday 0700-1730 and then a call team takes over from 1730- 0700 the next morning., call required
Common diagnoses/Types of patients: Variety of cases in multiple areas. cardiac/interventional cardiology (diagnostic heart caths, PCIs/cardiac interventions, device implants, etc.) interventional radiology (ports, feeding tubes, dialysis catheters, IVC filters, nephrostomy tubes, vertebroplasties, etc.) vascular (AAA/ELG endovascular repairs, TCAR, carotid angiogram/stenting, peripheral diagnostic and interventions, etc.) structural heart (TAVR, mitraclip, left atrial appendage closures, PFO closures, alcohol ablations, balloon aortic valvuloplasty, etc.) electrophysiology (cardiac ablations, device implants)
Job Duties: RN: circulate cases including administering medications/sedation, monitoring patient through procedures (and monitor or scrub if trained to do so)
Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Prefer at least 2-3 years of experience in both IR and cath lab for both techs and RNs, as well as vasacular and/or structural heart experience, but during the interview we can talk to them about their experience and see if it is something that we can work with if they do not have experience in all of those areas.
Weeknight/Call Requirements: Typically, 7-10 days of call per month from 1730-0700 (includes your 1 weekend a month of 3 days)average of 1-2 weeknight call shifts per week
Weekend/Call Requirements: 1 weekend per month (Friday at 1730 – Monday at 0700)
Holiday/Call Requirements: Typically, 1 summer holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day or Labor Day) and 1 winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year)may be a couple day stretch or call or over a weekend for your holiday commitment
What is call response time : 30 minutes
Floating Requirements: Typically, the cath lab staff do not float to other departments. However, floating is possible (likely as a team nurse or to be helping hands) if hospital census, critical staffing, etc. warrants it.
Unit/Department specific orientation RNs: 1 day of hospital orientation followed by 2 days of - department specific orientation.
Facility holidays: 12/25/2025, 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
