Qualifications:
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications.
- Additional Skills (required):Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
