Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Kentucky license or compact license (required after submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Epidural/PCA pump: possibly at times, not specific to the area. No epidural pumps assigned to that area
Feeding tubes: possibly at times, not specific to the area
Continuous bladder irrigation: possibly at times, not specific to the area
Wound vac: possibly at times, not specific to the area
Patient ratio: between 1/9–14 patients per unit, ratios are 1/4-5 depending on acuity
Does RN need to know how to read tele strips Yes, RN would need to know the important strips, leadership available if needed
Top diagnosis/procedures: Mixed acuity, not specific to any procedures
Scrub Color (are they provided): Scrubs are not provided however you can get them pretty cheap on Walmart.com, Galaxy blue is the color for nurses
7 days maximum time off
2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
