As a 3rd Shift Maintenance / Mechatronics Technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment. You’ll diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, contributing directly to the performance and uptime of our facility.

What will you do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with:
- Electrical systems (up to 460 volts)
- Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal machine uptime
- Adjust machinery and equipment to maintain production standards and quality
- Respond to emergency equipment failures and support root cause analysis
- Fabricate machine components and supports using a lathe, mill, and welding equipment
- Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to resolve equipment issues and implement changes
- Monitor spare parts inventory and order replacements as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate findings to leadership
- Participate in facility improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Continuously pursue training and certification opportunities for career growth
What do you need to be successful
- 2-year technical degree preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen Bradley systems
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on 3rd shift with minimal supervision
