What You’ll Do:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)
Create individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs
Supervise and train RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families and school/community teams
Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with clinical and payer standards
What You Bring:
Active BCBA certification and NJ license required
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience providing home-based or community ABA services
Passion for ethical ABA, strong communication, and organizational skills
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive $75–$90/hour based on experience
Sign-on bonus after 90 days
Referral bonuses for bringing in clients or staff
Mileage/travel stipends available based on location
