What You’ll Do
Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP) and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers to ensure client success
Maintain clear and organized documentation that meets all clinical and insurance standards
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification and NJ license
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Experience providing ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical writing skills
Spanish-speaking is a plus
Compensation & Perks
$75–$90/hour, based on experience
Sign-on bonus after 90 days
