Are you a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ready to lead a high-performing clinical center with full operational ownership The Columbus Center Director serves as the singular executive leader of our NEW Columbus facility, responsible for integrating clinical excellence with operational and financial performance. This is not a traditional management roleit's an executive-level opportunity for a clinical leader who thrives on accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Leadership

  • Personally oversee all client assessments and reassessments to ensure quality and medical necessity.

  • Conduct fidelity checks and data-driven chart reviews across clinicians.

  • Chair monthly BCBA roundtables and manage the center’s clinical curriculum.

  • Lead all high-risk case management and behavior support plan approvals.

Operations & Financial Oversight

  • Own the P&L, approve major purchases, and drive cost-efficiency.

  • Oversee scheduling, capacity management, and resource allocation.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and facility operations.

  • Manage the center’s EHR system and maintain data integrity.

People & Culture

  • Drive recruiting, onboarding, and performance management processes.

  • Implement structured mentorship and 30-60-90 reviews for all new hires.

  • Lead employee engagement efforts and organize center-wide events.

Family & Community Engagement

  • Personally conduct final enrollment consultations with new families.

  • Resolve escalated concerns and lead community outreach initiatives.

  • Monitor client satisfaction trends and present improvement plans.

Compliance & Executive Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulatory standards.

  • Act as Incident Commander and lead emergency preparedness efforts.

  • Report key performance data weekly to the executive leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is mandatory.

  • Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a closely related field.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical leadership experience combined with at least two (2) years of direct P&L management responsibility.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, scheduling software, and data dashboards, with a proven ability toleverage technology to drive data-informed decisions.

  • Exceptional skills in crisis leadership, contract negotiation, and executive-level presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctoral-level credentials (e.g., BCBA-D, Ph.D., Psy.D.).

  • Professional certifications such as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Five (5) or more years of experience leading a multidisciplinary team of 50+ full-time employees.

  • Direct experience with payer contracting, knowledge of the Autism Scholarship Program, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
