Employment Type: Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and contract roles available
Salary: $70,000–$110,000 annually (full-time, based on experience), plus incentives
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Support RBTs as future leaders in the field
Build strong relationships with your clinical team

Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Qualifications:
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification
Indiana BCBA license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong ABA knowledge, clinical skills, and passion for helping families and growing future ABA professionals
Willingness to travel throughout Indiana
