Compensation: 130,000-$160,000/annual plus 3K sign on bonus!

Job Summary: We are seeking a Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst (BCBA) to manage a caseload of children with autism spectrum disorder, oversee treatment teams, and ensure datadriven clinical excellence. The BCBA will conduct assessments, design individualized behavior plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary partners.

BCBA Responsibilities

  • Clinical Assessment & Planning – Perform FBAs and skill assessments; create and update behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment goals.

  • Supervision & Training – Provide competencybased coaching to RBTs/BTs; model best practices and ensure procedural fidelity.

  • DataDriven Program Management – Review session data weekly, adjust programs, and maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA and payer guidelines.

  • Family & Stakeholder Collaboration – Deliver parent training, coordinate with SLPs/OTs/educators, and communicate progress to funding sources.

  • Quality & Compliance – Uphold BACB Ethics Code and state regulations; participate in audits and continuousimprovement initiatives.

BCBA Minimum Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

  • 2+years supervising ABA services for individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with evidencebased teaching methods (DTT, NET, VerbalBehavior) and digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams.

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass background checks and health clearances.
