Our Skilled Nursing Facility is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in Albany, NY.

Duties:
- Monitor residents and observe any changes in their condition.
- Report health concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bed baths, shaving, and grooming.
- Prepare meal trays and record food and fluid intake.
- Assist with feeding residents and providing nutritional supplements as needed.
- Make beds and maintain a clean, organized living space for residents.
- Transport residents within the facility as required.
- Reposition bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
- Ensure confidentiality of all resident and facility information.
Requirements:
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Completion of an accredited CNA program.
- Valid CNA certification in the state.
- Must be in good standing with the state registry.
