Charge Nurse
The management spectrum covers planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating, staff utilization, resource allocation, cost controls, and compliance. Registered Nurse with experience in procedures and/or operating room, or PACU. State RN license required.Prefer one year of management experience in ambulatory care.
Other Skills and Abilities Needed:
- Ability to do oversee infection control, and all other Nursing duties.
- Must be able to work in OR, Pre Op, and PACU.
- Ability to effectively present information to staff, management, and Physicians.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recognized AAAHC guidelines and regulations.
- Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, staff, physicians, and regulatory agencies.
