At HumanGood, we’re redefining what hospitality looks like in senior living. We’re looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled Registered Dietitian to join the team at Judson Park, who is passionate about enhancing quality of life through personalized nutrition.

In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, independence, and joy. From developing care plans to partnering with the Executive Chef and nursing team, you’ll be the trusted voice on all things nutrition, making sure residents’ needs, preferences, and dignity come first.
Evaluate residents' nutritional needs and create individualized care plans that reflect both medical goals and personal preferences.
Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate regularly with the care team, residents, and family members.
Complete nutritional assessments and documentation in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and company requirements.
Participate in IDT meetings, care conferences, and rounds to advocate for optimal nutritional support.
Partner with the Executive Chef and dining services to ensure meals align with resident care plans and dietary needs.
Provide education and training to dining, nursing, and caregiving team members on clinical nutrition, special diets, textured modifications, and sanitation standards.
Conduct audits, review menus, taste-test meals, and monitor dining service to ensure compliance, quality, and resident satisfaction.
Support regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, HACCP oversight, and participation in survey readiness.
Create opportunities to connect with residents through dining room visits, food preference interviews, and health promotion efforts.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics and completion of an accredited dietetic internship.
Active RD credential and/or licensure per state requirements.
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or acute care setting.
Strong communication skills with a heart for service, collaboration, and helping residents live well at every stage.
ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and influence others with empathy and expertise.

Full-Time Team Members are eligible for the following:
Compensation: $75,000-95,000 depending on experience and geographical location. Open to this position being full-time or part-time, for the right candidate.
