Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
No travel pairs or trios.
No scheduling requests (weekends only, block scheduling, etc)
No background hits.
Clinicians cannot be local (have a permanent address in the state of AZ).
Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend and On Call Requirements: Schedule to be determined by facility.
24 months minimum of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience - Required
Must have RN Cath lab and IR experience - Required
No License Hits - Required
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days
