About the role
The Technology Architect will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Workday HCM solutions focusing on Absence Management and Security. With a strong background in Workday tools and processes the candidate will drive efficiency and innovation in our HR systems. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the Payer domain and advanced Excel skills to optimize business processes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security features to enhance system functionality.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday HCM Tools Customer Central to streamline HR operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday HCM Business Processes for improved efficiency.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and interpret complex data sets supporting decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday HCM configurations and customizations.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Workday systems adhering to industry best practices.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Support end-users by providing training and troubleshooting assistance for Workday HCM applications.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and enhancements incorporating relevant features into existing systems.

What you need to have to be considered
- Possess extensive experience in Workday Cloud HCM Absence Management and Security.
