About the Role:

As a Nurse Outcomes Leader (NOL) at Sinai Hospital, you would champion clinical excellence by leveraging quality metrics and conducting both nurse- and patient-facing rounding to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to core measures, while actively supporting the professional development of nursing staff through coaching, education, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

*This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000*

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads quality improvement initiatives at the unit level by analyzing quality metrics, conducting nurse- and patient-facing rounding, and implementing evidence-based practices to drive clinical excellence and optimize patient outcomes.

• Supports zero-defect goals and prevents never events by ensuring core measure compliance and establishing standardized processes that enhance safety and reliability in care delivery.

• Promotes professional development of nursing staff through targeted coaching, ongoing education, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degreerequired
• CNL certification preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience required
• Must have recent Adult Acute or Critical Care experience
• Maryland Registered Nurse License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
• American Heart Association ACLS Certification
