Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Can submit with a block scheduling request - The facility will always try and honor, but never guarantee.
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 72 biweekly.
Shift start and end times: 7a-7p, and 7p-7a
Float Requirements (campuses and/or units): Float to ICU to assist if needed.
Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: every other weekend/ holiday
Must have ICU and ER experience
Generally will see geriatric patients with CHF or COPD, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, surgical patients admitted for close observation, , and other general medical concerns.
Patient Ratio Day 1/4-5, NOC 1/6 average
Scrub Colors required: Any colored scrubs
9 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
