Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) to join our team in a
full-time leadership role. This unique position blends
clinical leadership with
hands-on nursing, allowing you to directly impact patient care while guiding and supporting our care team.

*Shift: Full Time Days, M-F Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and clinical oversight for daily nursing operations
- Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care
- Serve as a resource for clinical best practices and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- Actively engage in patient care, jumping in where needed to support the team
Assists the manager in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day-to-day operation of the patient care unit. Serves as a positive professional role model, exhibiting clinical leadership and decision-making skills. Acts as a resource for maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. Submission of MDS and care plan management. Assists with direct patient care when there is a shift need.

Qualifications:- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- 2+ years of RN experience, long-term or residential care preferred
- Demonstrated leadership skills and team-first mindset
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities
