Les associ(e)s en magasin sont galement tenu(e)s de rsoudre rapidement toute proccupation de la clientle et d’assurer une satisfaction maximale de celle-ci, de rester au courant des caractristiques des produits et de maintenir les normes de qualit et les normes visuelles leves des produits et du magasin. Les associ(e)s en magasin sont charg(e)s d’offrir un excellent service clientle, tout en atteignant constamment les objectifs de vente du magasin.

Step 3 – In-Store Interview
Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility or delivery service terminal.

- Traiter les transactions de vente avec prcision et conformment aux politiques et procdures
- Suivre et atteindre les objectifs de vente sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle
- Tenir jour des dossiers et des formules de travail prcis
- Retirer les produits appropris du plancher de vente ou de l’entrept
- Ajouter les teintes et mlanger les produits, au besoin, selon les spcifications du client
- Placer les produits sur les tablettes et installer les prsentoirs
- Nettoyer l’quipement du magasin
- Charger/dcharger les camions de livraison
- Aider effectuer les livraisons, au besoin
- Maintenir les zones assignes garnies et prsentables
- Se tenir au courant des produits offerts et prsenter les options disponibles
- Se conformer aux procdures de contrle de l’inventaire
- Suggrer des faons d’amliorer les ventes
Exigences minimales :
- Doit tre g(e) d’au moins dix-sept (17) ans
- Doit tre lgalement autoris(e) travailler dans le pays d’emploi
- Doit possder un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction
- Doit tre capable de rcuprer du matriel des tagres et des empilements sur le plancher, ainsi que de porter jusqu’ 23 kg (50 lb), parfois jusqu’ 32 kg (70 lb) avec ou sans accommodement raisonnable
- Capacit de lire, d’crire, de comprendre et de communiquer en franais
Qualifications privilgies :
- Avoir au moins un diplme d’tudes secondaires ou un diplme de formation gnrale
- Avoir au moins un (1) an d’exprience dans un poste de livraison, de vente au dtail ou de service clientle
- Avoir une exprience de travail dans la vente de peinture et de produits connexes
- Avoir une exprience de travail dans l’utilisation d’quipement de teinture et de mlange
