Christiana Care HomeHealth is hiring a full time Physician Coordinator to join our dynamic and cohesive team.The Physician Coordinator will work Monday through Friday 6am to 2:30pm. As a Physician Coordinator you will work out of our Smyrna, DE office completing the following:
- Retrieve physician orders
- Leverage critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Build relationships with physician offices, staff and colleagues within the Physician Coordinator team
- Identify trends in delinquent physician orders
- Reporting – generate reports out of netsmart and home care software
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of Medical Records experience
- 2 years of computer experience
